I am open to others using my text and photos
under the following conditions:

1- Students and teachers are welcome to use anything they like in homework and class preparation.

For the internet to realize its potential as an educational tool, those in education should not be held to the same legal criteria regarding copyright everyone else must respect.

2 - Those in the coffee business are welcome to use photos and text on their websites with a text link back to this site.

If you use a photo of mine please write something near the photo along the lines of: "Photo courtesy of Finca La Paz" and link to this site.

For example: Photo courtesy of Finca La Paz Once the link is up please . I may request a few changes.

This gets traffic to this site and help get our Goggle ranking up. I am also happy to link back to related sites.

3 - If you do not qualify under the criteria above please first.

4 - I do not want anything of mine used to promote any religious or political cause.

5 - I reserve the right to change my mind.

In the nine years since I started this policy I have yet to do so, but the day may come when I do.

Use common sense. While the "it" in famous judicial quote: "I know it when I see it." was not copyright infringement, I think we all understand the distinctions involved.
